Accessibility Statement

Target Standard

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the minimum accessibility standard for the platform. This includes perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust content across public and authenticated surfaces.

Tested Scope

• Public landing page, AI With Richy curriculum, and Community Help Hub.
• Account entry flows (login, registration, password reset).
• Authenticated wellness tracking, planning, document vault, and module views.
• Keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and focus management.
• Responsive behavior at 320–1440 pixel viewports and up to 400% zoom.

Key Features

• Skip link: each page provides a skip-to-content link for keyboard users.
• Keyboard navigation: all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard.
• Focus visibility: visible focus indicators on all controls.
• Descriptive labels: forms use associated labels, autocomplete hints, and error messaging.
• Reduced motion: non-essential animation respects the user’s reduced-motion preference.
• Text resize: content reflows without horizontal scrolling at 200% zoom and remains usable at 400%.

Known Limitations

• Some data-dense tables in authenticated modules may require horizontal scrolling on very narrow screens; an accessible alternative is provided where applicable.
• Third-party embedded content (e.g., maps, provider login flows) may have its own accessibility characteristics outside our control.
• Automated agent and provider orchestration features are currently disabled and not part of the tested accessibility scope.

Reporting an Issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please report it through the platform’s in-app support channel. Include the page URL, the assistive technology you are using, and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and address critical barriers as a priority.
