Service Availability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and external provider dependencies may cause temporary unavailability. Critical features may be intentionally disabled for safety or during staged rollout.

Intellectual Property

The platform’s software, design, and educational content (including the AI With Richy curriculum) are owned by their respective rights holders. You retain ownership of the data you submit. Public learning content is provided for personal, non-commercial use. AI With Richy lesson content may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

The platform provides self-tracking and educational tools. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health insights are generated from your self-reported data and are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions. The platform does not provide legal or financial advice. A financial dashboard is not a substitute for a licensed financial advisor.

Public Resources & Community Limitations

The Community Help Hub is an information directory, not emergency dispatch or case management. Resource listings may be incomplete or outdated. Always verify critical information independently. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to access another user’s data or system resources without authorization.
• Using the platform to send spam, distribute malware, or scrape data at scale.
• Attempting to enumerate accounts, codes, or resources through public inputs.
• Misrepresenting affiliation with the platform or its operators.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. You use the platform at your own risk.
