RichyRyanHome.com (“we”, “the platform”) is a personal health and wellness platform. This policy describes what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information We Process

Account data: email address, display name, and role are stored when you register or are invited.
Health & wellness records: self-reported data such as sleep, mood, weight, vitals, symptoms, meals, exercise, and habits. All entries are self-tracking — not clinical records.
Documents & files: files you upload to the Document Vault are stored in private object storage accessible only to you.
Communications: when you connect an email or calendar provider, the platform retrieves metadata (sender, subject, date) for display in your unified inbox. Message bodies are not permanently stored by the platform.
Financial event data: payment events (subscription status, transaction ID) are stored for billing. Full card numbers are never stored — they are handled by our payment processor, Stripe.
Community inputs: posts and resource lookups submitted to the Community Help Hub.
Provider metadata: connection status and account identifiers for connected integrations (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoho Mail).

Browser-Local AI State

AI With Richy is a public learning product that works without an account. Your lesson progress, bookmarks, explanation depth, and text-size preference are stored only in your browser’s local storage under a namespaced key. This data is never transmitted to the server, never linked to an account, and is cleared when you reset it or clear browser data.

Analytics & Cookies

The platform uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., page views, feature engagement). Analytics events do not contain personal health data, document contents, email bodies, or payment card numbers. Essential cookies are used for authentication sessions. We do not sell or share analytics data with advertising networks.

How Data Is Used

To provide the health tracking, wellness, planning, and lifestyle features you request.
To display your communications and calendar in the unified inbox and dashboard.
To process subscription payments and manage your billing.
To generate non-diagnostic health insights from your own records, with visible provenance.
To improve the platform through aggregate, de-identified analytics.

Data Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the processors needed to operate the platform: Base44 (platform infrastructure, database, and hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and the email/calendar providers you explicitly connect. Each connected provider operates under its own privacy policy. Health data is never shared with AI With Richy, the Community Help Hub, or any public surface.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion or export of your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your records and uploaded files are removed within a reasonable period. Payment event records may be retained as required by financial regulations.

Security Limits

Data is protected by row-level security, encryption in transit, and private object storage for documents. However, no system is perfectly secure. We implement defense-in-depth controls but cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Security page for vulnerability reporting.

Children & Age

The platform is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us for deletion.
