Self-Reported Provenance
All health data in the platform is self-reported by you or imported from devices you connect. Records include a source class (self-reported, device import, or professional document) and freshness status. Device or document provenance is never automatically converted to clinician verification. The platform does not have access to your medical records unless you enter them.
Non-Diagnostic Use
The platform is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical recommendations. Health insights, correlations, and AI-assisted summaries are educational and informational only. They identify patterns in your self-reported data — they do not establish medical facts. Correlation does not imply causation. Empty or partial data states never produce synthesized normal ranges, diagnoses, or risk scores.
Qualified-Human Boundaries
Any language suggesting a health concern directs you to a qualified healthcare professional. Medication features allow you to record schedules and refill reminders but never instruct starting, stopping, or changing medication. High-stakes text always includes a directive to consult a licensed professional.
Emergency Limitations
The platform does not monitor for emergencies and does not dispatch emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number (e.g., 911 in the US) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. The Community Help Hub provides crisis contact information but is an information directory, not a monitoring or dispatch service.
AI Uncertainty & Corrections
AI-assisted features may produce uncertain, incomplete, or incorrect output. Every AI-generated insight labels its uncertainty, identifies the data window and method used, and includes a safe fallback if the model returns invalid output. Educational content (AI With Richy) includes review dates and correction metadata. If you find an error, please report it through the platform’s support channel.
Consequential Decision Limits
AI features are not used to make autonomous decisions about your health, finances, legal status, employment, security, or account access. Agent-to-agent automation and provider dispatch are disabled by default and cannot act without explicit, owner-verified confirmation. No feature in this release performs unsupervised health, medical, or financial decisions.
Data Isolation
Your health data is never shared with public AI With Richy, the Community Help Hub, research intelligence, or orchestration modules unless a future separately-reviewed capability explicitly permits a bounded, owner-confirmed, read-only use.
